Breakfast at The Green B&B

If you want to start the day tomorrow with a treat, we offer a breakfast tray with many local and also homemade ingredients for the price of NOK 175, -

The apple juice is from Hardanger (The Norwegian fruit garden).
When available it will be from our neighbour Una just over the fence.
The eggs are from Bakke gård (just up the road one kilometre).
We bake the cakes and some of the bread ourselves, and the gooseberry for the jam is from our garden. We serve the traditional cured sausage from our district (Vossafår). It is the same recipe that have been used for hundreds of years. The main ingredient is sheep. All summer they eat gras high up in the mountains.

The breakfast contains: Bread, butter, egg, mayonnaise, cheese, ham, cured sausage,
jam, cucumber, mild pepper, salad leaves, apple juice, coffee or tea.

There will also be yogurt, muesli and cake of the day available for breakfast guests in the living room.

Please order your breakfast before 10pm with Arjen or Marna (we take credit card)

If you need gluten free, milk free or other, we will try to adjust the menu 😊
